Enjoyed the game. Pretty tough too. You did this in basic - impressive.

Thank you calcmandan. This game was written as part of the learning tutorial series so it is not optimized at all because source code is written to be readable and as nicely structured as the BASIC 2 allows. With proper optimizations I am sure it could run even smoother and have additional functionalities.

One of my favorite games so far!

I might write more games to see how far can BASIC get me. I am kind of deciding should I start series of blog posts and game projects in C, Assembly or stay with BASIC for a while longer.

BASIC has pretty much power on X16.
