  1. So cool how you use the PSG for timing... I'm loving the dancing LEDs on the Calliope player. Awesome!
  2. There has not been any mention about the developer(s). I did find a port for the C64 that took the programmer 7 years to complete. But Nintendo lawyers stepped in and the project was ceased. It's possible that this X16 port was made by the same person or his previous work was ported over? https://www.eurogamer.net/nintendo-takes-down-mario-bros-c64-port-which-took-fan-seven-years-to-make
  3. I have been trying to find the Super Mario Brothers port that David showed running on the Commander X16 but no luck as Google results are hopeless...
  4. It was good to see this website mentioned (albeit for a few seconds) on David's latest Commander X16 video. He also mentioned that he would like to give some of the Commander X16 boards away to a few of the developers who have been contributing to the project - I would really like to see one dedicated to @Scott Robison.
  5. Is there an option to run in 640 x 480 screen resolution? This is what I use for WinXP and it works great, there are no window borders or title bar - proper full screen.
  6. Wow, that's a great outcome, you explained it well - and what a great use of the microcontroller. Further justifying its existence. I can't wait to see another video! Thank you! The "keyboard works as intended" line is +100% awesome.
  7. Thank you for posting the video, its allways a thrill to see the progress... Is there now a performance increase from offloading the keyboard buffer? If so would it be noticeable? Thank you
  8. So I started thinking about screensavers, and then wondered if Vera could toggle the monitor on/off by setting a register perhaps? It would also be very cool if a screen saver routing could be loaded from a memory bank if there were no input signals detected from the kernal after so many minutes...
