Re: "twin stick" shooting experiment
I played a ton of FPSs back in the day, and I always used a mouse+KB, so it felt pretty natural to me. And just for S&G, I tried going diagonal using key combos like WD, AS, etc., and it worked while still aiming the turret independently.

Re: Atari2SNES
Just a thought: If the plugs are the only issue, perhaps you could out-source that to someone who could 3D print them. Check Thingiverse.com, they have all kinds of components available. Never know.JimmyDansbo wrote: ↑Thu Apr 25, 2024 4:19 am I would need a cable with the same type of plug in both ends and I can not find that.

UK BASIC Magazine

I'm looking for a UK magazine that was published in the '80s that focused on BASIC programming. I forget the name, but there's a site that most of the issues online.
Any ideas?

Just as back in the day, there was software that required more than the standard RAM size, there's no reason that shouldn't exist now. You wanna run with the big dogs, then you need more byte.

Re: Looking for hardware help with lime iBook
I'm here almost daily and I always find forums that have new posts. Can't say the same for IRC, but hey, if you do come across an active room let me know. I miss IRC.
