Portable power supply for X16.

This is for products with a physical and digital component. Things like an Arduino based emulator of a 1970s mainframe, a toaster that butters your bread, or even a homebrew computer.

I was only worried about the aperture diameter. I doubt the listing even
specified what gauge the wire was, even if I was looking for it.
I've actually got more experience with 120v and 240v stuff. But the same principle applies.
Its a really bad idea to run a 30 amp 240v circuit on anything skinnier than 10 gauge.

Same Electrical rules applied just scaled down.......... I'm probably not getting enough
power across the 23 gauge wire. 18 or 16 gauge would work better.

I do know POE "power over ethernet" is "A thing" and thats 23 or 24 gauge wire. But I'm sure they are always
dealing with a lot less than 1 amp of current.

Like any computer standard, there are multiple versions :-)

I'm actually pretty electrically savvy on a large scale. I'm not sure how you would get a whole
lot of power over Ethernet unless we were dealing with super High Voltages.

Well, My son left my multi-meter in his car when it was towed to the shop. No word yet
when he gets his car back, I'm stuck on this project without the correct tools.

Ok 2 1/2 hrs 1/2 battery depletion on 4ah battery. Not terrible :) Plan on running until battery depletion.

Slideshow is the best thing I have for a stress test. Constant music output and pretty regular disk access on a constant basis.

I was hoping for between 6 to 8 hrs. But 4 will be acceptable. Most game tournaments shoudn't last quite that long.
Besides I'm using a 4ah battery. There are 6ah and 9ah Ryobi batterys.
