A "book" about CommanderX16

This is a 1.5 draft,

The title says it is about the emulator, but it should also apply to the actual iron.

I have covered most of BASIC, and since the CX16's BASIC is based on Commodore's BASIC I have included the details for both together in one list. It is meant to be alphabetically sorted, but I may have made mistakes.

Also, if I have included C64 Commands/Statements/Functions that are not honored by the Commander, please let me know so I can modify or remove them.

I don't know much about assembly language so, if someone would like to contribute chapters for that I will include them. The source document is in Libra Office Writer. I would like to see the contribution in flat text files please, that way I can integrate them in with the existing formatting.

So I am looking for feedback, let me know about any errors, hard to understand parts etc. Any additional help.
The "book" will be in the public domain.
